At Huan MD Clinic, every procedure, product, and service is delivered with professional care and medical precision. Because our treatments are customized to each individual and involve surgical planning and preparation, specific refund and return terms apply depending on the nature of your purchase.

1. Surgical Procedures and Deposits

  • A deposit is required to confirm your surgery date or in-person consultation.
  • All deposits are refundable, minus a $99 USD administrative fee, as long as the appointment is not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled surgery.
  • All deposits will be applied toward your final balance on the day of treatment.
  • If travel plans change, you may reschedule once without penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Your original deposit will be transferred to the new date.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeit of the full deposit.

2. Medical or Cosmetic Services

All surgical and non-surgical treatments (including DHI Hair Transplant, PRP, LED Therapy, and stem-cell or regenerative services) are non-refundable once performed. Medical outcomes vary from person to person. Fees cover the professional time, consumables, and clinical resources reserved for your procedure.

3. Products and After-Care Items

To protect patient safety and comply with hygiene standards, after-care kits, topical solutions, supplements, or medical-grade products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or shipped.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Verified cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

4. Packages, Promotions, and Gift Cards

Discounted packages, multi-session treatments, or promotional bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Gift cards and prepaid balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Bank or credit-card processing times may vary. Administration fees and non-refundable deposits will be deducted where applicable.
